minato wins as he is smarter then shikamaru and stronger than kakashi and if minato throws kunai around even if shikamaru place's his shadows near the kunai minato doesn't appear appear in the very same spot were the kunai lands and shikamarus reaction will have to be perfect and minato wont necessarily always throw all his kunai he will use what he finds necessary so i dont really seeing minato having much trouble
