itachi you can never count out the sausono you cant hurt wat you cant touch and you never know itachi could easily beat minato because he always thinks ahead

This match's victor depends on whether or not you arbitrarily believe Minato is immune to genjutsu. In terms of intended level, they are about the same, Minato might even be higher, but feat-wise, in the Vs threads, Itachi should win. Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, Susano'o, genjutsu, and clones are far better tools than Hiraishin and Rasengan. Itachi is also more reflexive than Minato since Minato was compared to Raikage without his lightning armor.

Amaterasu<FTG(A dodged sasuke's so minato can dodge them)
Totsuka Sword=Sealing prowess of minato (maybe, because helearned from uzumaki clan and kushina)
Yata Mirror>Rasengan and other elemental jutsu
taijustu wise they are both quick and strong (minato slices one of bee's tails with a kunai and itachi pwned sasuke in their fight even though he was ill and undetermined to win)
