Minato would probably find a way to win. FTG technique is very deadly if he hits Itachi win a rasengan.

How is the Yellow Flash penetrate Susanoo? He will be to fast for amateratsu. Yellow flash will have some difficulty fighting Itachi because he can't look into Itachi's eyes.

stop be foolish. if minato pwned madara, he also is overskilled for itachi of course.
he pwned habichi and raikage at once... think about it!

Itachi can simply put Minato under genjutsu. While Minato "fights" with fake Itachi that dont even exist, Itachi can use this opening and bring Minato down.
