This can go either way.
Minato throws a kunai, Itachi sidesteps it, Itachi dosent know he can teleport next to it, and minato cuts his throat. OR

They first see eachother, while their talking or looking at each other , Itachi places a Genjutsu on him "BEFORE" the fight and paralyzes him like he did to orochimaru.
Or Itachi Uses Tsukiyomi before the fight begins. (Minato has to look in his eyes, otherwise he wouldnt even know who he's fighting)

your the dumbo because you fail to realize when it comes to minato speed nub all he need's is 1 shot which is going to be rasengan, btw the same rasengan he hit tobi heart with if he didn't use the time skip(moving his organs like you seen him do it many of times) Minato speed matters and count's and thats all he needs nub (itachi wouldn't have time to trigger his Ms ability. ( and noob next time understand if he could catch his kid and mark tobi at the same time, he could easily mark itachi and go with in his shield. (his susanoo is just pure charka with a shield and a weapon the second his susanoo begins to show he could be dead already before it completely cover his body)
