Well 3rd raikage loses to everyone but Naruto and Sasuke.

He may be physically strong but everyone else has a means of beating him, whether it be sealing, genjutsu, or stealing his soul or chakra.

Itachi loses to Nagato and possibly Tobi.

Minato loses to Itachi and Naruto and possibly Tobi.

Nagato(not his paths right?) loses to Minato and possibly Tobi.

Naruto loses to Itachi and Nagato and possibly Tobi and possibly Minato.

Sasuke loses to everyone. Not hating just being honest. The only person he really stands a chance against is the third raikage using genjutsu.

well..we still dont know who is tobi(i think he is the 1st hokage)...probably Naruto is the best...Itachi is the strongest he is ULTRA-CLASS ..i think he can beat Madara even with the rinnengan...dont forget about Minato who won Tobi and the nine tail...3rd raikage is the one to beat anf Sasuke is the surprise
