Round 2: Prep time and intel, 1 v 1

Itachi wins due to knowing where to spot Minato's kunais and activating Sussanoo before Minato can rush him.

Round 3: Reanimated

Minato wins this because his already OP techs are done without exertion. Itachi doesnt gain much on this side.

Final Round: Any Jutsu and in their prime

Minato wins this one because his stamina can outlast Itachi. The man got stabbed by Kurama's talon and still laughed it off while performing jutsu. Itachi takes one step with Sussanoo and collapses coughing up blood. And what happens when Gamabunta sits ontop on Susaanoo?

I honestly don't know. They're too close to tell - especially Edo Minato and Edo Itachi. Minato could like warp between his kunai's (theoretically) forever and Itachi could just chill in his Susano'o but I can't see that happening. But overall I think that Itachi (in terms of variety etc.) is stronger but Minato is a more proficient fighter. Intelligence is a tie for me.

Even round 2 itachi wouldn't win. Minato does not need Kunai to use FTG. + He'll always have the kunai he wants to throw on him.

4th Raikage also took note of every single Kunai that Minato placed and tried to anticipate where he would teleport. How exactly did that work out for him?? Oh yea, him and Bee got solo'd by someone who didn't even want to kill them. Might I also add that Ay has some of the quickest reaction times in the Verse and Itachi's simply don't compare.

Minato wins 4 out of 4.

The first one makes no sense: Itachi doesn't need a years' worth of planning to beat Minato, he's just as much a genius as Minato is, and by accounting for feats, Itachi's more of a genius (so far). I say a tie between the two; if Minato gets with the Totsuka Blade it's game, but Minato could easily outlast Itachi unless the fight is a genjutsu. However, I think Minato has the edge with his speed factor, whenever someone fights Minato it's all about speed, timing, and accuracy. On the other hand, Itachi's sealing speed is immeasurable: he could probably form seals for a Shadow Clone before Minato could kill Itachi with an FTG + kunai hit. The possibilities are endless IMO...

Oh, and Minato is by far a better genius. He sealed Naruto with Kurama, was the youngest Hokage, invented Rasengan and FTG, Never lost a battle,
