Minato vs Deidara

I wonder if Minato can beat deidara if deidara is already on his flying bird which would somewhat limit minatos ftg so I made this thread

Conditions: desert, deidara is already on his flying bird
Intent: to kill


Edit if you think that Minato can just throw a kunai up to him look how far he is off the ground

Also let's not forget that since they're in a desert deidara can mix his clay into the sand which means Minato can't simply seal it away like he did the tbb

Minato, if he can transport a TBB he can transport any c4 Deidara throws at him, and remember Minato always has a safe point where he teleports to incase he needs to evade an attack like he did twice against Tobi

Minato could throw a kunai, teleport, throw another kunai, until the point he is up to where deidara is at and rasengan for the win. If deidara doesn't know About Minato then he loses..
