Minato vs 8 Tails

Ok guys, we already know that Minato won against Kyuubi (sort of :| ).
I really don,t know who would win and I would like your opinions, reasons, etc.
Here are some of the things going on in my mind.

Minato can warp away TBB.
Minato knows Dead Demon Seal (i think thats what its called).
Minato is fast.
Minato knows sealing jutsu.
Hachibi could be stronger than Kyuubi (he told the kyuubi hat how many tails a bijuu has doesnt tell its power).
Hachibi's Rotation type jutsu thingy can throw away Minato's kunai.
Hachibi was KO by the Third(?) Raikage, Third Raikage stronger than Minato (probably).

minato can dodge his attacks but his strongest move is the rasengan so how is he gonna destroy the hatchibi and by the way hatchibi aint stronger than kyuubi

Minato has only rasengan while the Hachibi has a variation of moves that are deadly and I doubt that Minato can warp away TBB
OH btw where does it say that Third Raikage KO'd the Hachibi they only mentioned that he took a powerful hit that left a scar on his body if thats what you think KO'ing is

Space Time Barrier gets rid of TBB.
Gamabunta could help a little like he did vs the Nine Tails.
8 Tails seems very immobile so it's possible for it to be sealed by Minato where it stands.
Reaper Death Seal is last resort and would also finish the 8 tails and himself.

It's either Minato as the victor or they are both dead or sealed in the belly of the reaper.

Sorry to be a fanboy but....I think its either a draw or Minato wins with high difficulty. Just don't see Hachibi winning that easily.
