give your reasons cos i posted this thread on purpose seeing that even though minato is faster, they are almost of the same speed so minato can't jst take A out with ftg easily

Firstly A is the 4th raikage, not the 3rd. Anyway i believe that resangan alone wouldnt be enough to defeat A. Ill still go with minato not because he is faster than A but because A is too hot blooded in and out of battles and i cannot see him staying calm in order to analyse Ftg and come up with ways of countering it, effectively defeating minato.

buh this was years ago...........right now A can boost up his chakra to tailed beast level
chidori couldn't harm him in his lightning shield so i don't think rasengan stands a chance since chidori is actually supposed to cut through anything

Actually chidori did harm him with his lightning shield, it pierced part of his chest.
Minato's stab is strong enough to sever one of the eight tails legs.
And naruto's regular rasengan (which is weaker than minatos) surface-damaged the third raikage's arm whom has much better defenses than his son.
