Minato would win this, people keep talking about the rasengan but i think you forget how intelligent Minato was and that he was extremely proficient in sealing techniques as he was taught them by Kushina who was an Uzumaki from the whirlpool a place renowned and feared for their sealing techniques. Minato wouldn't need rasengan to hurt the 3rd he would simply apply so many sealing techniques to him that he would be immobilised and out of chakra.

Dawg there is something I don't quite get about your interpretation of what was said.
1) You say that A was talking about Minato's qualities as a man yet in your own manga quote A clearly uses the word SHINOBI and not the word MAN, if he were talking about his quyalities as a man, wouldn't he have just said it, THERE WAS NO FINER MAN THEN HIM, instead he says there was no finer SHINOBI. Clearly he is talking about his shinobi skills dawg, to me, it seems like you're just trying to manipulate the words so that they mean what you want them to mean, not what they actually mean.
2) He calls him a noble MAN, yes you're right thus far, he is talking about him as a man. But after the comma, he makes a point to change the word MAN, and use the word SHINOBI, dawg, I don't know what english you've been studying, but you are ralking nonsense, the comma was used there to make the transition between Minato's qualities as a man, to his qualities as a shinobi.
3) Right after that, A dismisses naruto as a fool who babbles about issues without knowing anything, and guess what, he not only refers to naruto as someone like that, but Minato's as well, saying that they are both like that. Now my question to you, does your interpretation of wghat was said make sense to you, or do you really expect it to make sense to any mentally competent person. Why would A say that there is no finer 'MAN' than minato and then in the very next sentence go on to basically call him an idiot? Dawg that wouldn't make sense at all. If we go by what you interprete A's words to mean, that nothing about that scene would make sense, clearly A was refering to Minato's abilities as a shinobi when he said that.
What's really a matter of concern though is that this is not the first time you have tried pulling a fast one on people with your ridiculous interpretations, you do it all the time, especially when you attempt to hype Hiruzen and to play down Minato.

There are many factors to this fight.
First of all its obvious the only tech minato has demonstrated thus far which would injure and possibly kill the 3rd is the death god tech. Saying that i dont believe that, the 3rd raikage would lose. Simply because, minato obviously wouldnt use that tech from the start and instead spam ftg and rasengan, which will consume his chakra. By the time he realises that the only technique in his arsenal that can win him this battle is the death god, he wouldve used atleast half his chakra. If thats the case then him sustaining the death god with 1/2 of his chakra left in order to pull out all of the 3rd's soul is very unlikely. If minato was to use his strongest weapon which is the death god, he would severely injure the 3rd, but minato would die whilst the 3rd would live.
The idea of minato figuring out how the third got his scar didnt even cross my mind and tbh only minato fans would argue such non sense. Its too remote if you think deep into it. Without the info naruto got, he had no chance. Infact cloud ninja's had similar information, although i doubt they had access to the 8 tailed's information aswell to come up with such a strategy.
The 3rd on the other hand doesnt have the speed or the necessarily techniques to injure minato on face value. Lets not get ahead of ourself though minato fans, if the 3rd was to figure out that its those tags on the kunai's that allows him to teleport from one place to another, he could possible do something about it.
Anyway its clear from what minato has shown us, he ISNT winning this.
He could however walk away with a draw at the cost of his life, that is if he successfully seals all the 3rd's soul

Minato wins.
Not only does he have death god for a stalemate, but he has two attacks that can at least harm the third. And all of the third's attacks are close-range, which is terrible for going against minato.
