It depends if the Yata mirror can defend from behind and if Minato gets to placing his Kunai Tags around.

At first glance I would usually say Itachi too, mainly because of the lack of Minato techs.

-With knowledge on Minato's tech, Itachi won't even bother to engage him in CQC. Any Hiraishin Kunai tossed at him are deflected by Itachi's own Kunai

-He isn't blitzing him with his Base Speed due to the Sharingan, he isn't as fast as v2 A on foot so he isn't escaping Sharingan's vision.

-If he wants to dodge Amaterasu he needs to keep his eyes focused on Itachi's eyes (Not like that should be possible as he doesnt have knowledge on Amaterasu so logically he can't dodge what he can't see coming) if he does that its Genjutsu GG. If he doesn't its Amaterasu GG.

-Rasengan is easily blocked by Susanoo.

-If Bunta is summoned Itachi simply controls him and forces him to fight on his side.

-Also contrary to what people think, Minato can't teleport Susanoo nor can he go inside of it.

Minato wins with mid difficulty.
Itachi should use susano to not die too quickly and Minato is able to avoid any attack of it even without hiraishin and Itachi will die after 10-15 minutes. Also Gaara showed us that susano and user can be separated and Minato was able to teleport even Kurama with tbb so...

Against the Rasengan? Basically, the battle can be broken down like this:

>Minato lacks the offensive beefcake to break Susano'o (even just the rib cage)

>Minato lacks knowledge on Itachi being legendary-status at genjutsu.

So Minato goes down fast without knowledge, and still goes down (with more work) if he does have knowledge.

Minato can simply warp it away.

It's been shown Uchiha can throw it up against instantly...

Besides, Minato needs more time to warp larger objects, time he won't have with Susano'o.

Everyone who has extensive knowledge on Minato and knowledge of his nickname "Konoha's Yellow Flash" knows about his FTG, which is usually called Shunshin no Jutsu by them but they still know how it works, as seen with A and his crew.

Even if he doesn't have knowledge. If Minato throws a Kunai at him he is obviously going to deflect it so it really doesn't matter.

Prolonged use of it wastes his chakra, not putting it up for short bursts. Itachi wasted his chakra.

Doesn't matter if he can afford it or not, its a stupid tactic as it goes right back up a second later.

Not to mention Ribcage can tank all of Minato's attacks, so stamina is not an issue in this fight.
