So, Danzo basically because of Shisui's eye, and the Izanagi... Shisui's eye gives him a huge potential, esspecially when he can use it once a day... U_U

Now, about A. It's true he admited that back then he was inferior, but after so many years, and judjing from his character, he must have gone through a hell of a training, just to surpass him... That's why I said curently... I'm sure after more than 16 years, he must have improved a lot now... U_U

yeah, but A can also use the sword of the Rai Flincker Armor... So it equalls things down... And, after 16+ years of experiance, wile minato was... well, dead, thus not training, I think it makes sure he surpassed him...

The First 3 and Hashirama no but the rest yes. His arsenal of Ninjutsu was great. Just with the FTG he was better than most ninja in the Shinobi world. He unlike most Shinobi could go head to had with Kurama, not beat but head to head.

1. Sasuke yes would probably have more power because of the EMS but power doesn't mean you are going to win. Minato and his experience, intelligence, knowledge, fuinjutsu, and speed all over Sasuke. Sasuke is not going to beat Naruto so what makes you think that he could beat the Legendary Minato.

2. Madara we may never know because they would have never met and if Minato would have been able to live a fuller life like Madara did then it would have been an interesting fight. He definitely would have Mastered the hell out of the Rasengan and many other jutsus that we don't know of him knowing.

3. Nagato IDK because they are both geniuses but just like Jiraiya Minato would have figured out the Six Paths of Pain. Also just like Jiraiya could have Minato would have beat them and we all know that Minato is stronger than Jiraiya.

4. Itachi hmmm idk think that I would care who would win because that would have been the most interesting fight besides the one that is going to happen with Naruto and Sasuke. They are both super geniuses, know a lot of phenoinally strong jutsus, incredibly fast. Minato is no fool when it comes to Genjutsu (I get this from how he put a Sealing Contract on Tobi to stop him from controlling Kurama). All in all Minato would have still won.

Minato's speed is a just would embarrass a lot of shinobi just by itslef and that doesn't even include his other jutsus and fuinjutsus tat he knows. I mean come on he invented the Rasengan which I think has a lot more potential than Naruto is showing. If Minato would have been able to live out his life I think that he would have become the strongest Hokage ever. Well besides his son Naruto who we know is going to become Hokage later on.

I think if you say "greatest ninjas in naruto's lifetime" we can put minato on there, but when you say all time, yeah it does bring up so6p and his two sons, which take up space. I think obviously Minato was awesome because he was kage level, EVERYONE kage level is awesome. He's one of the greatest more current time line ninjas, and definitely one of the greatest konaha ninjas, there's just so many wholes in comparing people from different places in time who've never really fought.

I would argue though that the Raikage's and Hokages are more powerful typically being the more affluent nations, but its not always raw strength, its will power and crap like that. When you start talking about past other kages like Muu, with blood expansion, I mean yeah you have to put anyone with blood expansion on the list I think, even current mizukage.

Technically you have kage level for a reason, its not just "that guy was popular" it was "this guy has a good head *in some cities* and he's powerful", so idk i hate comparing them, can we give all the kages love for being BA
