Rasenshuriken is better than any of minato's rasengan, but minato can form normal rasengan's instantly while naruto has to use a clone... Minato would probably take down a SM or regular naruto down before he could even make a rasengan. All BM rasengans are superior to minato's in strength

Naruto's Rasengan packs a bigger wallop, but Minato can utilize the technique better.
