Sasuke has one speed feat which we are not even sure off as if it was foot speed.. While minato is hailed as fastest shinobi, sasuke hasn't gotten that title yet so minato takes foot speed contest..

Technically he shouldn't since he got eye powers and not body powers. But I'm not picking a side on this one. I can do without the flame.

Puts kunai in middle of the ocean comes back and gets rid of the juubi dama thennn seals juubi along with other hokages. Not bashing here just see a lot of people thinks Minato's Foot speed is "average" and we all know Sauces Footspeed is above average. You can counter me with scans if you can find some...Ill also add a poll.

Well I thought this was obvious? Sasuke speed is slower than Itachi's who os slower than A who is slower than Minato. Unless you can show me where Sasuke did any training or got a power up that increase his physical speed, he's the same as when he fought A. I do find it funny how people compare Edo Minato, who has been downplayed as a support and is an edo tensei which means his stats are lower than when alive, to Sasuke from how they handled Madara when Madara's only shown speed pre-juubi jin, only had half his vision due to having only 1 eye and Uchiha's power rest in their eyes.

It's also not confirmed is Sasuke ran foot speed but used his s/t jutsu to get closer since as Madara was heading to Kakashi, it shows Sasuke using his Sharinnegan so he could have switched places with rocks then dash. Madara wasn't going full speed since he would need to slow down to take Kakashi eye out or he risk damaging it and if he was going full speed then what stopped Kakashi's neck from breaking or being ripped out from the sheer force if Madara was going in full speed instead of slowing down since it shows him near stopping shortly after getting Kakashi's eye plus Kakashi sharingan was looking at Madara which it wouldn't be able to do if the speed was anywhere near Juubi jin level since Sasuke with EMS had trouble following Juubito so either Kakashi MS = Sasuke EMS in precognition or Madara wasn't going that fast.

Madara said Tobirama was the fastest of their time but the brothers (Tobirama and Hashirama) couldn't access their true power (they are edo's). Tobirama also called Minato's Shunshin faster than his so Madara said alive Tobirama was the fastest of their time while Alive Minato being even faster than that. Also Madara having experiences fighting a FTG user (Tobirama) as shown when he fought Tobirama shortly before saying Tobirama can't use his full power and he did see Minato use FTG many times since he was only watching the Edo Hokages handle the Juubi and Minato FTG the Juubi's tbb away and the Hokages to their location for the barrier. Madara didn't know about Sasuke's S/T jutsu but he analyzed it and knew how to fight against it when he got his other eye since he was at full power now.

Also for Edo Minato, he was further downplayed by not showing increased speed like Naruto; If KM increased Naruto's base speed to a level comparable to Minato's then how fast do you think Minato's speed would be? Like 2x his already fastest speed. That's another indication that they downplayed Minato who could have ended the war had he been made a lead role. He has speed, power, Sealing jutsus so had his speed increased even more then speed blitz Edo Madara which a sealing jutsu then focus on Juubito.

Naruto's "base" was more like KM+SM and Naruto shown speed compared to Minato in KM so Naruto's speed wouldn't be a surprise since his powerup is based on his body. Sasuke shown some speed feats but nothing suggest it's any different than before since he gets no body power up nor have trained to increase his speed (in part one he actually trained with Kakashi to increase his speed to Lee's level without the weights so he can use Chidori).

Sasuke used his Sharinnegan at the bottom of the page, he didn't have to use it on Madara but on a rock or other piece of landscape to switch with and keep doing it until he got closer

Obito and Kakashi's eyes have shown to have connection when near each other; they both could see through the other's eye. Madara and Obito have exactly 1 of each eye from each other and people don't think he could see Sakura was about to destroy his eye? Madara clearly saw Sasuke early enough to think about Sasuke being fast (even time to counter attack if he wanted to) but instead of using Kamui to snipe Sasuke, he uses it on himself and automatically attacked Sakura to stop her. This supports Madara being more worried about his eye than countering Sasuke

Minato is also smarter then Sasuke to. His scores in the Ninja Acedemy were near to perfect. Where as Sasuke got a pass because he is a main character.

Minato proved in the war that when it comes to smarts, he just your average genius.. Meaning he isn't any smarter than oro, kakashi, Sasuke, neji or tobirama.
