Time/space, Hiraishin, Madara and Minato??
as well all know Minato was believed as a genius born once in every few centuries, Time/space is ninjutsu that only those can perform who have found out the most essentials of this world life and after life, Minato's brain was like super computer(infact far better then a super computer), He learned the mechanism of the time and space and broke the wall of it achieving supremacy, which Madara learned from him looking into the deepest of his mind with his eternal mangekyou sharingan, probably he was the only 1 who could do that with his EMS. Time/space wasn't actually a genetic move, a person with enough brains like him could perform that.

Space-Time Ninjutsu (Jikan Kuukan Ninjutsu)

Chakra; N/a(cannot perform if don't have any chakra left)

Description; The special ninjutsu allows the user control whole time/space, no one except a person who himself can control it can avoid it, this technique is available by anyone who started to understand the true mechanism of time/space, whoever the one understood it can only reach its full extents.

(Hiraishin no jutsu)Flying Thunder God technique
Type; Attack
Range; Anywhere in sight
Chakra; Up to the facts based on time spent breaking the space wall and used the technique in the way ??.
Damage; Up to how the user used the technique.
Description; A special technique requiring the use jikan kuukan no jutsu at its slightest peaks the user throws a kunai with seal of time and space attached or written on it, then flicks to the place where kunai is and uses the opportunity of his location the way he wants.

Did Minato masterd Time/space??
Never sure what were the full extends of time/space we cannot say he did mastered it. These facts may show how far he went and might be able to control it.
-He made a seal Naruto that was off charts to explain the method, even difficult for Jiraiya understand. Jiraiya managed to know the format of the seal and the uses of the different types of sealing methods to avoid different incidents.
-He made the Rasengan which was advanced ninjutsu considering no one would be able to think to control and spin there chakra in there palm making it spin multiplely then further control the power by making an outside layer very wide thus finally combining it with elemental affinity to give it a destructive power.
-He summoned the Chief toad as his 1st summoning showing he was excellent in chakra control,
-Summoning the Death God requires a great will and then make him visible for the 1 who summoned him.
The points showed how he had a great amount of spirit, will power, delicate charka control, Ability to master all 5 elements in his age (Pain mastered it using his ren'nigan, Minato mastered them so that he could complete the rasengan) .
Something about RPG.....
i would like to mention this willing to have this character as ur RP character is way off, he was far more then a normal character making it insane for other ppl.
