Kinda stupid when we don't know Minatos tricks. Rasengan and kunais won't kill Orochimaru so Minato would have to sacrifice himself so I say draw.

i really don't see orochimaru being able to do much, but orochimaru is just to difficult to kill... so it'd definitely be a long fight... though we don't know all of minato's techniques... we know hes really good with space/time ninjutsu, rasengan, and barriers/seals... so i think it'd be really intense but minato just has to much of an advantage due to his speed.
