This fight is between Minato Namikaze, a.k.a., the Yellow Flash, and Guy, the Leaf's "Handsome devil". Guy opens as many Gates as he can and Minato summons Gamabunta right away.

Location: Forest

Starting Distance: 100 meters

Condition: All healthy

Restrictions: Shiki Fujin

starting scenario: Guy opens his Gates, and Minato has his FTG Knives scattered across the forest.


So who wins and why?

it wasn't proven that Gai can open all 8 Gates, we know he can open 7, but not 8

Minato still has this cause even in 8 gates you cant move faster then S/T although Minatos reflexes probably wouldnt be able to handle it so he would just FTG every second and spam it...

Minato. Guy would never hit Minato because nothing I repeat nothing is as fast as teleportation and Minato could just keep avoiding Guy by teleporting to different kunai and then Guy would just die from using the 8th gate.

Well if Gai opens the 8 gates itll go one of 2 ways:

1.Gai kills Minato and dies afterwards
2.Minato somehow manges to avoid Gai (iff FTG is fast enough) and lets the 8th gate destroy him (is there a time limit?)

Hmm well 7th gate gai was actually slower then A and B by comparison
When they lariated kisame he didnt even finish one handseal
Yet kisame evaded 7th gate guy and had time to launch his most powerful attack
By these calculations that means minato has little difficulty beating Gai
Plus if he goes eigth gate minato can just FTG home make a cup of tea FTG back and gai's dead?
