Minato's standard attire was a standard Leaf ninja uniform and a flak jacket; after becoming Hokage, he also wore a short-sleeve long white coat with red flame edges and the kanji "Fourth Hokage" written vertically down on the back. On more than one occasion, Naruto has been said to look strikingly like his father Minato. Like Naruto, Minato had bright blue-eyes and spiky blond hair with the addition of chin-length strands framing both sides of his face. According to Jiraiya, Minato was considered to be very handsome as many women became infatuated with him.
Personality:
Jiraiya and Tsunade pointed out that, while Naruto physically bears great resemblance to Minato, his personality and style of Ninjutsu are almost identical to his mother. While Naruto is boisterous and relatively thick, Minato was calm, collected, and highly perceptive. When faced with an enemy, he could kill in cold blood, and seemed well aware of the terror his reputation inspired in his foes. He appeared to be respectful of those around him; he didn't like freely speaking about others' pasts, and was said to be a very nice person.

History:
According to those who knew him, Minato was a very talented ninja, having been considered a rare genius that appeared only once a generation. He graduated from the Ninja Academy at the age of ten, and was added to a Genin team under the tutelage of Jiraiya. Jiraiya took a special interest in Minato, and accepted him as an apprentice, amongst other things teaching him the Summoning Technique.
In later years, Minato was put in charge of a Genin team of his own, consisting of Kakashi Hatake, Rin and Obito Uchiha.

Due to Kakashi recently being promoted to Jōnin, Minato gave leadership of the mission to Kakashi while he went to help Konoha's forces on the front lines. Before leaving, he gave Kakashi a special kunai as a congratulatory present, outfitted with the seal used for his Flying Thunder God Technique.

Minato posseses a special physical ability that allows him to move quicker and faster than the usual ninja. He moves at the speed of what would me the 1st gate of the 8 gates that has been witnessed by Guy sensei and Rock Lee. This spped alows him to ofcourse move faster, but not only that his flexibal ability allows him to be able to dodge attacks way faster also, some without halfing to counter with other jutsu -for Example- Rasengan or Chidori would be easy to dodge physicly without a combo that stops me from moving or makes the jutsu alot faster.

Note; The technique is unavoidable unless with time/space and can only be used by Minato Namikaze.
The Flying Thunder God technique was the reason behind his nickname, "Konoha's Yellow Flash", It allows the user to move himself to another location in the blink of an eye. Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed and range of this jutsu are much greater. In principle, this jutsu is similar to the Reverse Summoning Technique, as it revolves around manipulation of time and space rather than accelerated movement, but instead of bringing something to users, it sends them somewhere. Additionally, it makes no noise and produces no puff of smoke, allowing the user to appear behind someone unnoticed. Further more the sealing formulae of the technique serves a all time surveillance purpose, giving out all the marked persons ware bouts, chakra, locations etc. in addition to its tracking abilities, the user will also find out all the objects/persons around the target making it convenient for the user to use Hiraishin. The jutsu is also very unique because it requires no use of chakra or hand seals, due to a special secondary seal that emits the same chakra as him, allowing him to have an instant connection to the area. The user can apply this seal on simple kunai’s carving the formula into them, never the less the seal can be applied on any object the user touches instantly.

~Sage Mode~
Senjutsu (仙術, Sage Techniques) refers to a specialized field of jutsu that allows the user to sense and then gather the natural energy around a person. Senjutsu practitioners can then learn to draw the energy of nature inside of them blending it with their own chakra (created from spiritual and physical energy within the shinobi), adding a new dimension of power to the Sage's chakra, resulting in the creation of "senjutsu chakra" (仙術チャクラ, senjutsu chakura).
This new chakra enables the user to enter an empowered state called Sage Mode, which can then drastically increase the strength of all ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu. In addition, while in Sage Mode, the abilities of Fukasaku and Shima are added to the user's arsenal, extending the duration of his Sage Mode and allowing him access to powerful collaboration jutsus and a powerful genjutsu.
