it's a tie
and there are several reasons why
first one is Minato fanboys
second one is Nagato fanboys
here is the thing
someone will go on and on about FTG
and then again someone will just say rinnegan and and the thread goes on and on about the same thing
so i say it's a tie

Minato is super fast and super smart, but Nagato is extremely powerful...it's hard to say who would win.
From what we have seen:
MINATO:
*FTG
*Rasengan
*Dead Reaper Seal
*Frog Summoning
NAGATO:
*Deva Path
*Asura Path
*Petra Path
*Human Path
*Animal Path
*Naraka Path
*Gedo Mazou
*5 ELEMENTS MASTERY
*CAN FLY (Deva path)
*Shared vision with it's summons
CLEARLY NOT A FAIR FIGHT DUE TO FEATS. In favour of Nagato.
Nagato can deflect Minato's kunais.
If Minato manages to FTG and Rasengan Nagato...... Nagato simply Petra paths and human paths.
If Minato uses Death Reaper Seal.... That's a tie.
The summons can be taken out easily by shinra tensei.
HONESTLY, we need to see more of Minato to make a good judgement here.

Idk, the decider is Chibaku Tensai really, if Minato has something for that then he could win but I'm not sure if he does, nothing that we've seen except maybe the barrier but I'm not sure if that would work or not.
Whether or not we've seen Minato's abilities to the fullest is debatable, however, I believe we've seen all, or at least most of what he's capable of with the Tobi inscident, seeing as Tobi was perhaps the strongest opponent he's ever faced in his short life and the fact that he fought him while protecting the village from the Kyuubi makes me believe his ass was putting everything he could out there lol.
However, Minato won't go down easy, the fact that he defeated Tobi (even if it was pre Rinningan and everything) and sealed the kyuubi shows his amazing capabilities as a fighter. The fact is, Minato didn't have to die, he chose to for a greater good he believed would result from Naruto learning to become a perfect Jinchuuriki. Had Minato lived, there's no telling how much stronger he could've been after 16 more years. That's besides the point though.

how dare you question the possibility of minato single handedly beating chibaku tensei?...dont you know he was called the yellow flash for a reason?...its been said in the manga that he is unsurpassable

Minato's one of my favorite characters but I can't really see him doing anything with it unfortunately U_U

Nagato trying not to be bias but Nagato would just throw him around and kill him with a dead body he destroyed a village in one move and he can also fly i dont understand what minato has that would finish nagato off
