im going to be realistic erm im not sure if they could kill 1000s of ninja by themselves i mean Nagatos celestial tera sphere could kill 100s madara would kill people by absorbing them minato by speed itachi by amateseru could kill loads you know what it would be like 300 spartans v the persians they would kill loads but when they all run out of chakra .. oh yeah madara can transport them and nagato can revive them back to life i dunno maybe

allied would win yes these ninjas are mad strong but nagato, itachi and minato can be dealt with cos of the overwhelming numbers ppl like naruto, sasuke are monsters and kabuto can summon many strong kages and stuff and the already strong kages aroundbut Madara would be the hardest with both ems and rinnegan, but still i would go with everyone else

Im going with team Madara. Madara has six paths and Itachi has sasuano,Nagato has shrina Tensai which killed the whole village plus the rock move and Minato has ftg and let's not forget Madara can control the nine tails
