If they are more than 30 meters apart:

Large scale Shinra tensei > throwing kunai and Minato life. Solution? return to safe house...cant go back, terrain destroyed. Nagato defaults.

Less than 30 meters:

Blitzing + Rasengan < Preta path
Blitzing + Kunai strike < Asura Path.


Minato cant beat nagato.

Blitzing + Rasengan > Asura path
Blitzing + Kunai strike > Preta Path.
