Ypu just said the most incorrect thing you could have said there. Stats are the WORST way to soley dtermine someone's talent. For example, Kakashi said that Naruto was as strong as he was right at the time of the 3rd Databook:

-Naruto's stat total: 26

-Kakashi's: 34


And actually, Orochimaru got the exact same praise Minato did 'genius'-wise. It was said that Oro had a once-in-a!generation genius, which the litrral translation of the scanlation I posted earlier says about Minato as well. And if you look, maybe, 20 posts back into my post history, you'll find the translation of what Jiraiya says in Part 1 about Minato, which I'll paraphrase: "That guys caliber as a shinobi is number one in history".

That's why I said in the literal translation. If you read proper translations like those that the user Kirin Rei provides, you see that the scanlators often make mistakes or add random nonsense.

Kakashi HIMSELF said that at that time, Naruto was at least as powerful as he was, no if andas or buts. It has nothing to do with power scaling, that's what he said and I don't think you'll argue that he is wrong about his own power.

Only praised by his friends? Tsunade wasn't even in Konoha in his time and yet agreed with what Jiraiya said in both Part 1 and Part 2. Not to mention A (the 4th Raikage) who definitely was NOT Minato's friend referred to Minato having been thought to be unsurpassed by anyone else. People talk about bias or opinion, but when you get up to the very highly ranked shinobi, I take their word for how powerful some ninjas are, especially when 3 Kage level ninja refer to Minato's talent in the same vein.

they are all talented but minato became hokage at a young age and also stopped a war at a young age which shows intelligence. itachi talented and became leader of anbu at a young age shows intelligenece. sauske mind was to focused on killing his bro to show intelligence on a range of situations like the others; and never trained his skill to there levels in combat.

The third is the start of the trilogy becoming hokage at the youngest age like 10 or something(I beleive this was senju tactic of underminding the uchichas) then minato who showed skill at a young age ending a war became hokage. itachi also young age preventing a civil war with his skills.(not saying it right) but this is why these people are classed as genius. through hard training they single handedly achieved somethink magnificent and recognise by others. sauske has not apart from becoming a rouge ninja.

I do not understand how people still thing minato has only got one or 2 moves when he was hokage. come on since itachi died and come back alive i have seen new moves/tech from him which was not shown previously in the manga and are more powerfull. then most of his older ones.

I believe minato was the most talented out of him and itachi as itachi is limited to his kg where minato could literally do anythink we dont know he could of done/created. minato was not challenge in his life time my the other shionbi on the same level untill his death tobi and then was because he wanted to save his love ones. Itachi is the same he wanted to die by his younger brother hand which means he would not fight ninjas of the same level for example jiriaya/pain and tobi, because they would be a chance he could die for what ever reasons (ill poor health).

sauske on the other hand should of been dead already from all the injuries he has sustain in such a short period of time all have huge restraints like nagato or itachi did but his health is in top tick condidtion; extremely lucky for someone to save him every time he is hurt.
itachi and minato where not put in these positions as much as sauske because they are talented and can read situations before they happen and would learn from every experience thats what made them genius the speed in which they can process this while still battling.

Itachi and Sasuke are born with their KGs. Progressed fast with his sharingan to MS. Itachi has sharp mind and high analytical skills.
Sasuke is fearless, careless and reckless. Progress faster with his sharingan to MS to EMS.
WHILE
Minato has sharp mind, high analytical skills, created rasengan, has invented FTG, has powerful space time jutsu and capable of performing many strong sealing jutsus that too MINATO doesn't have any KGs or special chakra boost/powers like Jinchurikis.

Just give Minato only basic sharingan (not even MS) then think his level or prowess compared to both the uchihas.

Without given powers as birth right, Minato is definitely more talented than Uchihas as he either invented or learned everything with his true efforts plus his intelligence.
