Okay but I have to say it is looking like those databooks are definitely incorrect.

Note that Nagato's age has never been released on the Databooks... perhaps thats because his age would give to much away or would provide people with too many false assumptions? Maybe kishi learned to not release ages any more because it can create serious plot holes like this?

I'll give an example.

I assume the databooks are right and Kisame died at age 28, but when you look at this image, how old does Kisame look?

You must be registered for see images

He is obviously fully grown and fully filled out, which implies he is at least 18 years old, if not his early 20's. But if that were true, than there is no more than 10 years between Kisame meeting Tobi and his death. This is 100% impossible because we know for a fact that Akatsuki was having meetings with all members present at a minimum of 10 years ago.

Now considering Kisame was one of the first members, which was implied through this conversation and Tobi's level of trust for Kisame, they must have met multiple years before that.

Now I can't confirm the time exactly, but I'd assume this event took place between 12 and 14 years ago, before Akatsuki was formed and after the nine-tails attack. I am just trying to provide evidence that the Databooks are likely to have flaws if not totally incorrect in some instances because there is no way Kisame is 14-16 years old at this time.
1. Kisame was 32 when he died, not 28. It's right on the wikia if you want to confirm it

2. I can tell you this event happened between 7-16 years ago, why? Because the Uchiha massacre happened 7 years ago, and since Kisame joined the Akatsuki before Itachi, he must have joined earlier than 7 years ago. And as for 16 years ago, although it's only an estimate this happened after Tobi attacked Konoha, I call BS if anyone says that Kisame is younger than 16 in that picture

But that point is that we don't know exactly when that event happened, Kishi did that intentionally to obviously cover his ass

But I will note that Kishi needs to clear up the confusion about the Akatsuki

IMO, there seems to be two Akatsuki's:

-The first one was a bunch of revolutionaries fighting for a new government in Amegakure, this group seemed to be lead by Yahiko

-The second Akatsuki was the mercenary organization formed after Nagato and his army won the Civil War of Amegakure. I believe that Kisame was one of the first Akatsuki members in this organization

Although that's only my speculation, Kishi himself obviously needs to clear that up

i could buy the 16 years old, there are people who look like that at that age and given that Kisame was a tall and muscular type it's possible that he could look like that when he was 16. 14 i don't think so, but 16 is believable.

Okay, 32 seems much more believable. I could have sworn when I checked his wiki last time it showed 28 in part 2, but clearly I was mistaken. If Kisame was in fact 32 when he died, that puts him at between 16 and 22 at the time of these events, most likely between 18 and 20 since it would have taken Tobi time to transition to the Mist village and establish himself as a ruthless Kage. I find this much more convincing, thank you for setting me straight on this.

Well I honestly couldn't buy him being 16, but I consider 18-20 very believable. Either way, I am much more satisfied knowing Kisame died at 32 and not 28.

The whole Kakashi thing gets me though, I highly doubt that Kakashi only aged a year between Kakashi Gaiden and the nine tails attack, that seems like 3 years of growth easily, if not a little more.

Kage level+? Tobi was and is the strongest shinobi in the world. Minato, most likely, was the only person in the world who could defeat him in a fight. Of course, most of his power comes from his mangekyou but to have this kind of control over sharingan is beyond amazing. He was controlling Kyuubi and fighting Minato at the same time! That's insane.

How the hell do you grow from being a crippled 2T noob into a god-like shinobi in just one or two years?

If I may, I'd like to show you another timeline plothole (for the moment) that Kishi has established

As I pointed out in my other post, Obito "died" 17 years ago. BUT the reign of the bloody mist had started before then, according to the databooks

That is because according to the databooks, Zabuza graduated from his academy when he was 9, AND his massacre caused the end of the bloody mist graduation ritual BEFORE he was a graduate of the academy. So he at the most was 8, meaning that the ritual was going on before then. BUT there's a problem with that, Zabuza died three years ago, and he was 26 when he died

(26+3)-8=21, so that means that 21 years ago, the bloody mist graduation ritual ended. So how was Obito Uchiha in Kirigakure more than 21 years ago? Well I have my own theory on Obito/Tobi, but regardless, Kishi will also have to explain this
