We Start Off at Mid range.
I Start Off By Making Two Clones:
(Raiton: Raiton Kage Bunshin) - Lightning Release: Lightning Shadow Clone

Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
AS soon as one of my clones appear he Makes a Spinning vortex around him:
(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Tornado of Water

Description: Two pillars of dense sand that smash the opponent between them and then smash them under pressure.

*As you make the handseals to make your lightning clones, I hold my palm toward you and send a gargantuan blast of pure chakra shooting out at you exceedingly quickly, severely damaging you and destroying all of your clones*

Regardless, as you smash into the nearest formation (that in turn shatters with the blast), I quickly use

2.) You were able to use your first jutsu. I didn't cancel it out. Instead, I took effective action against you and your clones once you made them
