rasengan, an a-rank technique without seals, can be performed pretty much instantaneously. an excellent combination with ftg.

summoning+food cart destroyer, always a useful skill. also a-rank

a bunch of seals. fuinjutsu is an elite branch of ninjutsu, available to only a select few so...

he definitely had at least 1 nature element, as he was trying to pair rasengan with it.

No Minato does not know Sage Mode. The elder Sage said that there had only been two human Sages in history. Jiraya and someone centuries before Jiraya. Naruto is the third. So Minato never learn Sage Mode. He had only the summoning contract.

Minato doesn't know sage mode. Did you ever hear the toads talking about him in regards to it? They said that Naruto reminded them of Jiraiya. Minato had a summoning contract with them, but I'm pretty sure no sage mode.
