well, in new manga kabuto said Hashirama is on high level then any shinobi in Naruto.. so Hashirama and Tobirama could finish em in an instant!!

Sorry but i have to go with team two:
Pein - 6 paths with epic skills
1st Hokage - Epic wood release, capable of holding back the kyuubi and madara
2nd Hokage known as greatest water user ever
3rd Hokage - God of shinobi, knew every jutsu in konoha (not meaning he can use them all)
Sasuke - well still a kid but incredible skilled.
Team 2 wins

If you put Rikudo Tobi, Minato and BM Naruto in the same team then the team is bound to win unless you have Edo Madara + Hashirama + Sanins + Trillions of Fodders.

according to kabuto, there's no ninja in the world now or in the last 100 years ago who can match senju hashirama. the only ones who can put up a fight against him are tobi and naruto. if pains healthy, he can probably outlast tobi for a good while with tobirama's edos as backup, while hashirama deals with BM naruto by supressing all his kyuubi powers.
sasuke is minato's perfect counter. minato is helpless in the face of his EMS susano defence. eventually sasuke will figure out FTG and do him in. or minato resorts to dead demon seal.
then its hiruzen and tobirama against kakashi and bee. tobirama lacks the feats to be truly powerful but he can deal with the likes of kakashi and make him use up all his chakra. hiruzen drags bee down with dead demon seal.
that leaves the battle of the titans. nagato against tobi with tobirama coming as backup as soon as possible.
