i would say Minato & Kakashi because Minato with the FTG and Kakashi with MS its unbeatable

sasuke ans itachi, there sharingan overpowers kakashis and now that sasuke has ems he wont tire out from using it and also with susanoo even if minato has speed if he cant get through he cant hurt him also itachi is probably one of the smartest characters of all of naruto, it took him a matte of a couple minutes to figure out how to beat negato in his full form

but once susanoo is activated they would be slow, meaning kakashi could warp them with kamui (if possible).
neither itachi or sasuke could keep up with the 4th with susanoo.

Depends. If Sasuke has his EMS, it might be more trouble. But, there's something that you guys are forgetting. Just because he has the EMS doesn't mean his chakra depletes. It would have to be a tie....
