Alright a few notes before voting:
First and foremost, ignore preferences and plot devices. This is about the characters themselves, their abilities and fighting styles. That being said, since plot isn't a factor you can assume characters will be more willing to use their more advanced abilities freely. (An example being Kakashi using his mangekyo sharingan.)
Now for the match-up itself:
Minato has all the skills and raw ability he does in all flashbacks and references. You may make small assumptions based on what we've seen him display but avoid exaggerating.
Kakashi has all the skills and ability he has thus far shown, for logistical reasons assume he can only use his Mangekyo sharingan three times for this fight.
Edo Itachi has all the skills and ability shown thus far. As an edo summon he is incapable of regular death, he must be sealed in some manner to be defeated. Since he is in edo form, he has no known stamina restraints and can freely use any of his abilities as chooses.
Edo Uchiha Madara has all the skills and ability shown from flashbacks and his current fighting in the manga. Yes, this is the fused Madara that Kabuto summoned. The same edo rules apply to him as they did for Itachi.
Tobi has all the skills and ability shown so far, including rinnegan and control of the jinchuurikii linked via rinnegan. Limits to his control are as follows: He cannot make them go past basic tailed transformation (1-4) unless he focuses on only one of them at a time. He cannot spam tailed beast bombs, two at a time at max. He cannot use any of the jinchuuriki's abilities that he hasn't already used in the manga. (Pay attention here, even if they have an ability he can only use the ones he's already had them use in their current battle.)
Special notes: Tobi is immune to Kakashi's mangekyo sharingan, however Madara is not. This can be used as a way to defeat Madara in place of sealing.
