We don't know the difference between Jonin Minato and Hokage Minato so I'll assume they're same. Minato wins this. His Hiraishin is perfect jutsu to exploit Deva Path's 5 seconds of opening.

He could use summons to distract paths while he along with one or two shadow clones pull Hiraishin stunt on Pein's ass.

Minato is a bad match up for pain. He can teleport deva or naraka away from the field in order to make the other's easire to kill. Though I don't know about how good his taijusu is.

Pain is stronger than Alive Minato though.

Animal Path, Asura, Deva obviously present the biggest problems.

Minato doesn't have much defense against Bansho Tennin or CST.
