Why would he not be able to touch Deva?
Understandable if the rest of the paths are present.

TEll me first how can you kill dead bodies.
By the time minato figures out everything he is dead. Cos minato has no info on pain, but thanks to zetsu pain knows what minato is capable off, all jutsu are countered by shurado. animal paths summons are just annoying specially the dog. Jigokudo brings back any paths minato takes down. And ofcourse we have tendo the most fearsome of them all.
