No, Tobirama said his Hiraishin was too slow for Juubito with clones, not for Minato. His FTG with himself is instant, so I don't see where you are going with this.

From what we know, Tobirama was the fastest of his era. His hype differs from Minato's as we know that A's Shunshin is far faster than Minato's. Though in the case of Tobirama there's no one to the contrary.

Speed can also refer to reactions, which Tobirama does have one of the best reaction feats.​

What is this supposed to prove? If anything Tobirama and Old Sarutobi arrived at the same time and Minato never praised Tobirama's speed.

Madara's words dosen't prove that his Shunshin is > Madara,I admit the fact that he is better than Jiraya when it comes to speed but saying that he can't even defend against Tobirama without having legi proof is not a good argument.No one can take out Jiraya that easily unless ur Madara or Hashirama.Tobirama ain't blitzing Jiraya unless he has a marking near Jiraya according to current feats.
