Killer B was even able to best Minato in battle was quick enough to save A and counter minato right on the spot minato didn't even notice that killer blade was to his stomach until it was to late you can see he lowered his head then noticed the blade to his gut . Killer b battle with itachi he even had help from naruto in a hand to hand combat and wasn't able to land a hit on him.

When Minato has anything to get around any Uchiha's Ocular abilities and the ensuing Sussano, then we can talk. Both Itachi and Minato are over-rated, but at least the former somewhat deserves the reputation. Other than his FTG technique, his S/T Barrier requires 5 hand-seals and is sluggish to counter Itachi's fast Ocular techniques, his amatersu will render his kunais useless. I can't see him besting any Uchiha.
