I think Naruto's team would win mainly because Naruto is a little better than Minato and the rest would be fairly even. Its kinda lame that Minato's team knows about Pains abilities because even in the last of his fights he was using new techniques that no one knew of, of course same goes for Itachi.

If Naruto attempts to do a hand sign for Shadow clones or to summon Gama, Minato can FTG by tossing Kunais and kill him before he can even activate the Jutsu.

That being said, Jiraiya would rape Kisame by just simply going Sage mode, and making Samheada absorb Sage Chakra.

This battle can go pretty even.

Dude if you didn't know Naruto is the same speed as Minato. Also he has many other techs like sage mode and rasenshuriken that Minato is not capable of. By carefully timing his Flying Thunder God Technique, Minato was able to strike him during one of these rare moments and apply a seal for the Flying Thunder God Technique to him, allowing him to teleport to Madara whenever he wanted. He placed a Contract Seal on Madara to remove the Nine-Tails from his control, forcing Madara to flee.

I am saying that he raped Madara easily, that goes to show you that he can easily destroy Naruto.
