Wow nice find...imo don't worry about others I believe it was a good find. Although...weaker? You could have said Minato uses handseals for FTG. I think Minato is very powerful, but to be shown using seals to do FTG is indeed a good find. I always thought he didn't.

Re-read the scene. Minato tried to do something(we see him weaving handseals), probably wanted to warp his son away like he did with his original, but since Sasuke intervened, he didn't need to anymore and came back to the initial plan(neutralise Jubito)

I seen that stil no way he was goin to catch Naruto in mid-air and warp them two away (if he has the ftg seal on Naruto like he did Kushina) without being hit.

Back on topic, NO Minato doesn´t need to use hand signs to use FTG, this should already be common knowledge at this point, IF he has been shown using them a couple of times it is only because he has used several other techs along with it or saving others(he may teleport without hand seals BUT when others are involved that changes).

Countless times we have seen him teleport instantly without any type of hand sign, case closed.He is a totally broken character and OP as hell, the problem is that facing someone with Rinnegan,MS,Intangibility,insane speed,tough as nails,at least 4 different chakra transformations(according to Hiruzen) and Juubi Jink ANYONE on the manga would look helpless...I can only see SO6P soloing Juubito AND i am sure it would be very high diff.

Listen here, this is not, I repeat not, a Minato hate thread.....I literally couldn't think of another name for it.


People are going on about Minato finally being hit, yes that is awesome, but this is about something even more important that people may have missed.

On every single panel Minato has been shown fighting in this chapter, he has been using a single hand sign including this page, where it even shows the hand sign and says Hiraishin no jutsu.

Now what does this say about FTG imo?
That FTG requires handseals.

Don't get me wrong, FTG and Minato are still seriously haxxed, but if one could analyse and take advantage of FTG's two small weakness' (handsigns and seals), they could potentially overcome it.

Let me say this. Minato has used FTG often without hand signs. It's not a requirement. I think this is related to his new jutsu.

Or here's a thought. Have you seen Minato's kunai anywhere around? It may be that he can use hand signs to teleport to a location without marking it. I mean, we haven't seen any kunai or seals marked in the ground of the battlefield.

susanoo is worthless against minatos s/t might. he warps susanoo away by touching it directly or by throwing a ftg kunai at it.
