Minato still outclasses Tobirama. Minato's version of FTG is slightly better with the use of kunais being dispersed around the battle field. He has summons as well as barriers. Not to mention rasengan. Tobirama has one s/t technique and exploding papers, and a couple fodder suiton jutsu.​

To tell you the truth I don't know anymore man. Everyone keeps saying Minato is still smarter but truth be told, the way Kishi is writing the chapters is making Minato look like an idiot. Heck even Naruto is seeming more intelligent than him. Tobirama seems like the smarter, faster, and stronger one at the moment. It really makes no sense. This was not the Minato we were introduced to before. Maybe Kishi is trying to play off the father-son thing and show similarities in Minato and Naruto's character, but he's made Minato a little too pathetic for my taste as of late. It's not common sense he has BM. If anything, it'd be against that since Minato having BM would, imo, just completely poo on Naruto as a character. He had to live with the Kyuubi for 16 years and just now, he's benefited from all his hard work and all he had to endure.
