yeah you are right... that's why he was bested by minato in speed, space/time ninjutsu and... the ability to analize everything and what to do in each situtaion rivals that of shikaku and shikamaru.

I still think Hiruzen Sarutobi was the best cause he was the most well rounded nin and had no kg or clan handouts.
He beat madara. He stopped n seal kyubi. He gave his n his wifes life 2 protect village. He create rasengan. He used thundr god tech n fastest shinobi ever. Is it enough 2 prove that minato is a great hokage.
