Minato is not fast only FTG is

Title says it all. I made a post/poll awhile ago regarding his speed and people truly believe minato is faster than everyone without FTG.

Some even said he was faster than Goku without FTG lol... get real

Minato is only fast due to FTG.. His base speed is not fast since he has 0 feats or hype stating it.

The first scan was Tobirama claiming that Minato's shunshin was better than his. That would be the Body Flicker Technique. Which means Minato used Shunshin to move to the battlefield, and still arrived earlier than any of the other previous Hokage.

The second scan is Minato catching an infant Naruto in mid-air, while Obito is just about to stab him. Note that there are zero marks on Naruto. That was base speed. Also note Minato's feet. It shows pressure on the wall. Which means he didn't appear there, he traversed that distance on his own.

The third scan shows Minato on top of the Hokage monument. Just seconds after that, he appears at Kurama. Note that there are zero marks around Kurama. That was, again, base speed.

Ya Minato isn't fastest with his foot speed but he is dfntlt better than most of shinobi exept Juubito,Ay and 3rd Rikage it is already proved when he a Genin he is able to solo 3 chunin/Jounin(Probably Chunin not sure) with his speed to save Kushina.....
MInato's shunshin is better than any other shinobi in NV without FTG During his fight with Obito he is able to save Naruto in middle air without FTG and is pretty faster.........
The fact that he is able to reach BF b4 all other Hokage wil eventually prove that his foot speed is one of the strongest and his Shunshin is better than any other shinobi.............
