the only issue i have seen with minato is people saying he does not have an attack strong enough to defeat the more strongly defended ninja in the manga.
such as the uchiha with susanoo. This technique can work if the ninja facing minato has a strong enough technique to seriously wound or kill minato.
ok for minato to win all his has to do is touch his opponent once and put a seal on him for this to work. you have to admit that minato would be able to at least put his hand on everyone in the manga.
its the space time barrier- the technique he used against the tbb but this time all he has to do is send the ninjas attack to the seal that he perviously put on them. ill give a few different scenarios-
Itachi vs. Minato- im eliminating tsukuyomi because no one knows if it will work or not so that being said lets say itachi uses amaterasu now with minato activating the time space barrier to the seal on itachi. this means itachi is done
muu/oonoki vs. Minato- dust element same thing will happen he will just send it to the seal on muu/oonoki
madara vs. Minato- now this one is going to be difficult because madara does have one of the most complete defenses in the manga but he is one of the most offensive characters which could be his down fall in this match up since i believe his own attacks would be able to get through susanoo and that would be minato chance to counter attack but it would be difficult for both characters may end in a draw.
The only character that might cause a problem for minato is hashirama because he is strong but does not have an attack that cause a lot of damage if it is sent back and if there is one we have yet to see it.
