Before You rage at me lets look at his Facts:

Pros

*Insta killed Fodder ninja
*Beat Obito
*Saved the village from kyuubi(but died)

cons

*Died sealing (half) Kyuubi into his son
*Shortest hokage term
*Had no Political Say so in the village (As Hokage)
*Failed the village and let Danzo, elders, and Hiruzen run things

Why are people hyped?

1. Everyone dies after using the reaper death seal
2. The shortest Hokage term belonged to Danzo
3. He was the Kage, he had the most polital say in the village.

Beat obito, when Tailed Beast Mode Naruto and Bee along with Kakashi and Guy couldn't.

There is more but ^ pretty much sums it up.

I gave him props for that and due to Obito ability the only people that could beat him was Minato or Kakashi

Danzo never was official hokage
Minato let Hiruzen and Danzo run the village
The point I was making regarding him dying was he was forced to suicide to stop the kyuubi

he had to take care of kyubi and he did it pretty well ..!! it was won won
how long hokage doesnt matter as long as he did his duty as hokage well ..!! it was also won won
his political views are not available from manga ...!!!
the points you mentioned just doesnt make sense

because he wanted to retain the balance of power by sealing the kyuubi n naruto ....
he was a great ninja ...very intelligent and analytical
he a super -good character .... with magnificent attributes
he's powerful - he saved the village
danzo had the shortest term
everybody in village respect him ... i don't think he failed anyone

Remember what jeraia had said to the sealing frog, that Minato never did anything without thinking. So he chosed to die like he did and that is why the manga is where it is now and naruto as powerful as he is now.

He developed a justu off the tailed beast ball so he has intelligence. He protected the village from certain total destruction. Defeated a dangerous akatsuki leader like tobi and had time to learn high level Fūinjutsu. He's not all hype.

1. Yes he was, the lord of the fire nation appointed him as Kage, the 6th Hokage.
2. When Minato became Kage he still has the most polital say in the village, regardless of whether he delagates responsibility or not.
3. The fact that he stopped the Kyuubi without being a Uchiha or Hashirama makes him one of the most beast people out there :x3:
