Minato in Tobirama's Situation

Eh, dunno. The cloud ninja are quite common for their Lightning attacks, and Tobirama was a water elements user. It could be that those Kumo shinobi were just a really bad matchup for Tobi.

But Minato has the Wind element, which is strong against water. Then again, I haven't seen Minato use anything else besides an unfinished Rasengan and FTG.

my theory, madara teamed up with cloud ninja. that is why tobirama said that he will defeat madara this time. minato has no chance against madara. tobirama can escape, but inorder for his comrades to escape he will need time, so he sacrifice himself. minato will never use FtG to other place unless he wants his team dead.

Minato is fast and his FTG can't be blocked. If Minato were in the same situation he'd most likely get out. Especially if he had people to help him. Especially a young Sarutobi. If anything all he had to do was hold them off for a few minuets until his team got distance then all he had to do was teleport back to them.

I believe it was a group of cloud that composed of the two gold&silver brothers. That's what the squad was called.

If minato could hold his own against kumo's two strongest, i can see him doing just fine against 20 bounty hunters. Tobirama is overrated. Unless he shows some real feats, i put minato above his level.
Minato and Hashirama were both considered legends of their time, never heard that said about Tobirama.

People claiming Minato is clearly better than Tobirama are falling into the same trap Hiruzen fans fell into, when they insisted he was stronger than Hashirama. It's plain as day that the author is hyping Tobirama, and is going to reveal him to be awesome. So far the vibe being given is Tobirama is the 2nd most powerful, after Hashi, and that makes sense and fits in with alot of other context and clues we're being given. Now sure, wait until he proves it, but don't just dismiss him as though Kishi isn't clearly giving us hints about him.

the vibe being given is tobirama got ****ed up by kinkaku and ginkaku and left on the ground almost dead like he was a peasant. even kin and gin themselves talked about him like he wasnt even worth their time. tobirama is the weakest hokage so far.
