Minato in Tobirama's Situation

Do you think Minato would have survived what was Tobirama's final battle against the 20 or 21 cloud ninja?

Maybe, we don't know how strong the ninja that killed Tobirama were, they were more than likely very powerful since they killed him. Minato, however, took out over 50 ninja, he's skilled in taking on multiple opponents. I think if he set up the same way he did against A and Killer Bee, he would be able to survive. I doubt he'd take them all out since they were able to kill Tobirama but at the very least, Minato could FTG back to the village after holding them off.

I think it was more of like, "Tobirama-was-ready-to-die" kind of situation since he already passed down his will. It's like, he could have pawned them Cloud Shinobi but didn't go all out, just enough to defeat them and get Hiruzen and his team to safety then he could die in peace. Just like how Hiruzen fought Orochimaru. He could have honestly defeated him without using RDS but idk, he just felt like he was ready to die for the sake of the village.

i dont think he could, cause tobirama has 7 other members with him, yet he knew they will not succed. minato shoud not be more powerfull than tobirama.

Can't say how well he would do until we know the strengths of those who killed Tobirama. Obviously they must have been pretty damn strong, and we don't know how well Tobirama actually did. I lean towards Minato probably not making it out alive if he truly was to protect his team like Tobirama.

It depends on how strong the ninja's are. For me Minato can take some but not if he confronted Kinkaku and Gunkaku

yeah but minato fougth against they 2 and we dont have any informations of others top ninja, the second fight with they 2 more 20, probably top jounnin, like i say they didnt have a chance even with the team that includes danzo, hiruzen, shisui father (forgot the name), the 2 elders (lool they should be very weak) and 2 foders if im not wrong. so if minato fight alone like tobirama im prety sure he will be defeated too.

Lol of course!! The fight would have never even happened in the first place. Minato could have just FTG'd his team back home. And if he did fight them, he could have used his toad summons to even the numbers out.

If i learned one thing in the manga, it's that no matter how fast, smart or strong you are, you won't be able to touch minato unless he allows you too. The 4 raikage and the eight tails perfect jin Bee. Tobi senju+uchiha dna with ghost mode untouchable. the third ninja war 50 elite ninja who were stomping konoha ninja's. Facts.

It's problematic because we don't know alot about Tobirama as yet, but thus far he is portrayed as incredible (able to break the Edo Tensei which Minato couldn't, until Oro got a power boost vis Hashi-cells). He also seems to think he can "take" Madara and Sasuke, and is generally hinted at being awesome. We need more feats, but I struggle to think Minato could do what Tobirama (plus 6 very powerful ninja) couldn't. Assumedly the 20 they were against were damn awesome (and no, Minato never fought the Gold and Silver brothers, that was years before Madara got the 9 Tails, as people have explained). I mean, how would Minato do against 20 people like Guy and Kakashi? He'd die.

Of course, this also presents problems, because if Tobirama could teleport, why didn't he take his squad back to base instead of dying? Why didn't he act as a decoy to hold them off, then after he had drawn them off, teleport back to base? Some hard limits need to get put on Tobirama's space time jutsu fast, or this will end up looking really silly.

99% of the naruto universe would so whats your point? doesnt mean tobirama fought 20 gais. elite in kumo is guys like C, and dodai and samui.

makes no sense as that is a matchup case. minato's specialty isnt overpowering jutsus with his chakra levels. its his speed and intelligence and fuinjutsu
