To begin with, its important to differentiate between two things. Both regard the Juubidama, and beastballs in general:

-1. The Juubi dama, while appearing to have a relatively small mass, has a density much greater than that of an ordinary solid object.
-2. After exploding, the rapid expansion of the Juubi dama is an accurate representation of its 'total mass', stretched out to a size where it can be realistically compared to that of a normal object.

With these 2 concepts in mind, take a look at this scan:

That's the size of the compacted Juubi dama that was stopped by Minato. Its density is very high at this point.

Much earlier, when a weaker, earlier state Juubi had its dama expand to that comparable to a normal solid state:

Notice the size of the mountains on the horizon, compared with the Juubi dama.

Now compare that to this:

Its wider, but notice how the mountains appear much bigger than in the previous image. That is to say, that the size of the Juubi dama expanded is much greater than the Shinsuusenju.

Minato in his base teleported the Juubi dama

And he did'nt appear after that either.

Using this size comparison as a basis, and his subsequent condition, its quite safe to assume that Minato in his base can teleport the solid mass of the Shinsuusenju, which is effectively less than that of a Juubi dama.

The Bijuudama was actually far bigger than Shinsuusenju

This is how big the combined Bijuudama that equalled Naruto's was:

You must be registered for see images

It's already much bigger than the Bijuus themselves

With a edit pic, compared to Shinsuusenju it should be something like this

You must be registered for see images

Now, you must know that the Juubi himself who is actually far bigger than any other Bijuu

You must be registered for see images

You must be registered for see images

And his Bijuudama is actually bigger than the Juubi himself(we can't even see the top of it)

of course he wasnt fatigued, he's edo tensei. His chakra levels will stay the same.
A base mInato can indeed teleport the Juubi TTB, but if he were alive, I imagine he'd be pretty exhausted.

Teleporting a TBB, and a Bijju the same night was taking its toll on him as his chakra was getting low because of it in the past. Smaller objects like ppl most likey dont take much chakra for him.

If you mean via space-time barrier, then yes. If you mean FTG, no way.

I don't have access to image editing software atm or i'd have included it in the OP.

Btw, i think you're exaggerating a little with the last pic, as the Juubidama was shown to be equal to the doton walls made by the shinobi alliance. this however makes no difference as its coalesced energy, much denser than the molecules of shinsuusenju. When the separation between molecules becomes roughly equal, the dama's size expands prodigously.
