To begin with, its important to differentiate between two things. Both regard the Juubidama, and beastballs in general:
-1. The Juubi dama, while appearing to have a relatively small mass, has a density much greater than that of an ordinary solid object.
-2. After exploding, the rapid expansion of the Juubi dama is an accurate representation of its 'total mass', stretched out to a size where it can be realistically compared to that of a normal object.
With these 2 concepts in mind, take a look at this scan:
That's the size of the compacted Juubi dama that was stopped by Minato. Its density is very high at this point.
Much earlier, when a weaker, earlier state Juubi had its dama expand to that comparable to a normal solid state:
Notice the size of the mountains on the horizon, compared with the Juubi dama.
Now compare that to this:
Its wider, but notice how the mountains appear much bigger than in the previous image. That is to say, that the size of the Juubi dama expanded is much greater than the Shinsuusenju.
Minato in his base teleported the Juubi dama
And he did'nt appear
Using this size comparison as a basis, and his subsequent condition, its quite safe to assume that Minato in his base can teleport the solid mass of the Shinsuusenju, which is effectively less than that of a Juubi dama.
