dude this tobi guy knows so much about the sharingan, i don't think that this guy is weaker than madara to be honest, i think he has surpassed madara and the only guy i can think of is Izuna.

Minato will beat Tobi and Madara in 2 seconds using the Lighting god fuk u technique.

technically....the FTG isnt a physical attack, it only allows him to teleport, so he would have to do FTG and THEN the rasengan or something... so ur saying that minato would beat tobi and madara with just the rasengan attack? last time he just made tobi retreat xD

Dont compare this new generation to the old. They are very different calibre of shinobi. The old are still far more advanced than the new this has proven with the edo kages. Madara and hasihrama will be no different if not even better.
