There is now a rumor about Minato having 50% of the Kyuubi's chakra inside himself. Well this is a false statement.

The sealing technique Minato used on the Kyuubi is the same as the one Sarutobi used on the the Edo hokages. If Minato due to that seal got the 9-tails chakra inside him, then Sarutobi also got the Hokages inside him.

But seeing as that is not the case. The 50% percent of the Kyuubi went inside the Reaper's belly, not inside Minato's soul/body. Just like the Edo Hokage's souls went inside the death reaper's belly.


So, please refrain from making these kinds of rumors, because they end up in big post wars. With insults and etc. So thank you.

The reaper took the chakra of the nien-tails through MInato's body it could mean that so much heavy chakra PASSED through him body and that's why he said his body has gone numb.

How is he going to do that? Kurama said it himself, Naruto is the only living being that can link and utilized the tailed beast powers of that sort. He even mulls over the thought of Naruto becoming like Minato.

OT: Yes. Minato sealed the Yin Chakra into the shinigami itself, not his soul/body. The reason why he said the chakra is heavy is because he is the one executing RDS. That means he is the medium the chakra is passing through to get into the Shinigami's guts. He is enduring Kurama's Yin Chakra in the process, not actually sealing it in himself.

Maybe but i find it weird that Hashirama's and Tobirama's souls broke free from the God of Death's belly alone when we didn't see Kyubi's soul. How can you explain this? It means that when souls were liberated, we should have seen it, but since we've not seen it, the only possible explanation i have is that it's probably still inside Minato. Remember that Hiruzen didn't know to use the Reaper Death seal very well since it's Minato the one who taught him the basics of the jutsu, so it's probable that Minato used it a different way than Hiruzen

No, we clearly see Kyubi's soul absorbed when Minato performed the jutsu:

Also, when the souls were liberated from the belly, only Hokages souls and Orochimaru's soul came out, and those souls were sealed by either Minato or Hiruzen. That means that no one used the technique before Minato. If someone had used it before Minato, we would have seen other souls inside it. So it's really more likely that Minato was the first user of the technique, so maybe he did created it, but by using some Uzumaki sealing techniques

That's troubling me too. I thought it could be because it was a chakra. I mean yeah we did see Kurama's soul, but he was alive even after that.
