Minato created the rasangan. Naruto mastered it to the fullest of it's capabilities.

Naruto inherited the Rasangan when Minato died.

Minato did create the Rasangan by copying what he saw from a Tailed Beast Bomb. Even Minato was incapable of using a change in chakra nature of the Rasangan. But his son did! It's almost as if Minato left this jutsu for his son in turn for him to use it to his fullest.

We all know that Minato created it. But Naruto made it his own. So it's safe to say it's his jutsu. Seeing he has master it in different ways either from using himself, sage mode, and beast mode. Only Naruto had a chance of completing the Rasangan. And only Naruto at a young master a S rank jutsu that was the Forth Hokage.

Minato still created it. But Naruto made it his own. It's his jutsu. And there's that.

It's also funny how Naruto comes up with different names for each jutsu he uses that is a form of Rasangan. Even names that looks like he pulled out randomly. Well, that's Naruto for you!

My other thread -_- but I agree. For all we know, Minato could've made the Realer Death Seal his jutsu after he learned it and made it more advanced to the actual Seal so you could say its his jutsu. None the less, I agree

Rasengan is minato's jutsu while fuuton rasengan and every other wind style rasengan is naruto's unique jutsu. I do agree with you though to some extent.

Your right. Still his jutsu I mean how can I refute that when he created it basically. Naruto made it his own. Thus upgraded it and use different forms. He completed it.

And Tobirama created Edo Tensi. Orochimaru learned it. And Kabuto Prefected it and he Prefected it again.

Rasengan is Minato's. Rasenshuriken is Naruto's. Its kind of the same thing as Kakashi has raikiri as his own and Sasuke has taken chidori far from what Kakashi has ever done with it. Both are Kakashi's jutsu though. And all chidori variants are Sasuke's.
