Minato died before he could complete it. It was still an imperfect jutsu. They are related so why can't Naruto inherited Jutsu from his father?

Minato didn't necessarily have the inability to add the change in chakra nature to the Rasengan, it's just that he gave his life before he had the chance to complete it. There is no doubt in my mind that he would have finished it if he had survived the Kyuubi attack.

Kakashi said only Naruto could completed it I believe. Naruto has enormous chakra and ability to use clones to shorten the time.

Minato took 3 years for Naruto more than a week.

Already stated that in my thread. I mean it's really simple to think.

Minato created the Rasangan. Died. Gave it to his Son so one day he may complete it. Made it so one day he can use the exact same jutsu for a TBB. Naruto develop and complete it. It's still a Rasangan. Just Naruto rename it. A lot of times.

Naruto inherited his Fathers will and jutsu.

And Tobirama created Edo Tensi. Orochimaru learned it. And Kabuto Prefected it and he Prefected it again.

Give Naruto some time to go to "The Master Level Technique of Rasengan" - using 1 hand and with higher speed.
Finally, just like SO6P creating things from his mind; - Then Naruto will be equal to SO6P when Naruto just use his mind to create The Rasengan.
