Minato confirmed Naruto x Sakura. Sakura reminded him of Kushina and therefore acknowledged that Sakura was the one for Naruto. He even tells her to "take care" of him. Naruto is obviously in love with Sakura, even if his attempts at getting her have been hopeless.

Yes, he is blind with love and he can't see Hinata's love whatsoever. Besides, Minato didn't even acknowledge Hinata and she was even left out on the sidelines like a fodder with just a 'blank stare.'

If this isn't one of the biggest blows to a potential Naruto x Hinata, I don't know what is. Sakura will fall in love with Naruto just like Kushina fell in love with Minato. They will have babies and the their next generation will eventually repeat the same cycle. Naruto is too much of a loser to get with a great girl like Hinata. He needs Sakura, the "pretty" girl in his life and this chapter brought great foresight into that inevitable outcome.

I really feel bad for Hinata, but this is just how it's going to be.

nope this chapter actually meant nothing,minato seeing kushina in sakura does it make naruto automatically with her?(and that thought of naruto being with a girl just because she's like his mother makes me wanna puke,seriously it's almost like the thought of seeing naruto ending up with his mother.)
also the fact that the whole situation came in a comical relief,means there was nothing serious about it.
