Minato can't use Bijuu Dama

It's too early to say because what we taught before was completely proved wrong by kishimoto

We thought Minato didn't have Bijuu mode => He pulled it out.

We thought Minato cannot use chakra arms ( when Naruto connected himself and Sasuke with Minato with chakra arms ) => He pulled it out.

So if we think he cannot use Bijuudama then we might be proved wrong once again.

EDIT : There is a high possibility that he can use Bijuudama because he himself invented Rasengan by studying the Bijuudama. So, getting the ratio correct isn't a big deal for him

The second and the third line has no connection to each other.

By the way, I agree with the third line but about the second line, that has no connection to why he can or cannot make Bijuudama.
If Minato knows all the basic things about the Rasengan, indirectly a TBB, then he can use Kurama's chakra (which is inside him) to create a Bijuudama if and only if he gets the info of the ratio from Naruto or Killer Bee.

Actually isn't rasengan the incomplete version? Minato struggle was mixing more than 1 type of chakra with Rasengan right?

Meaning he would only be able to create 1 type of chakra for the production of Bijuudama much like Rasengan.

Rasengan = 1 rotation

Bijuudama = 2 perfectly formed rotations


Manga states itself Minato couldn't get past Rasengan meaning he can't do bijuu dama

technically he doesn't have have it but he can use it, he created rasengan which is variation of the the TBB since he just copied it and instead of a tailed beast chakra he put his own he can do the same just put tailed beast chakra in it....
