Minato can dodge it, he's not just able to teleport his base speed is also faster than A.

He was fast enough to catch baby naruto from being stabbed by tobi, and remove him from his cloth before a paper bomb blew him up. Minato would be able to detect the amaterasu before it hit him, because of the heat and the fact that it's there.

For someone as fast as minato and A, they can look down and see it their so fast while everyone else is basically moving very slow including the amaterasu, this is in the time before it sticks to you and they can do that then move out of the way.

@bold. Yeh, that is what I am saying.

The best debaters I have seen... I they have given up or left then how would I know they are good? And to be honest, its not just me. To be honest its not just my opinion, many people think the same. When ever I see people ask who the best debaters are I usually see the same names come up (Owarij, Blaze release etc) who joined in Sept/Oct. Obviously there are many other good debaters who joined at different times though. But anyway, from what I saw Narutobase didn't look too bad (I don't know what it was like before I joined). But it is getting much worse now.

You can be the fastest person alive, but someone points a gun at you and shoot, yet you still get hit

Yet someone slower than you, dodges the bullet, why? because they have better reflexes... Reflexes are the most important part of speed. The faster you tell your body to move, the faster it moves. If you don't have the reflexes to dodge something, your speed is useless..

To dodge amaterasu, raikage needed v2 level reflexes ...Minato has base raikage reflexes..

how does that work out for him? Even with v2 amaterasu was ridiculously close to A..
