Look at the picture! It is clear that the Amaterasu was already formed and out of Sasuke's eye. Thats why they showed the Amaterasu. What you are saying doesn't even make sense. If it doesnt travel, then why would it materialize just outside of Sasuke's eye? To use ninjutsu, you from the chakra inside your body then let it out in the form of that element... there is no "forming outside of the eye".

how about you post that translation instead of quoting it

you have never seen an amaterasu "leave" someones eye, all you have seen is panels of the user focusing in closer on a point, then amaterasu spawning at that point, how can you be so adamant about this and not understand the mechanics of the technique

Viz is the OFFICIAL <-- Read it, translators of Naruto. So what they say goes... simple as that.

If Raikage's hands were 5 meters long, would Minato have been able to dodge? If the distance between Raikage and Minato was much closer, would Raikage have been able to dodge?
Ima say this loud and clear. Dodging someones punch does not mean you have faster reflexes than them! Simple as that.
Like I said, using your logic every boxing match would end with one of the boxers being unable to dodge any of the opponents punches.
Why can they sometimes dodge and sometimes not dodge? Because there are many factors to consider when dodging a punch. I don't know how much simpler I can make this.
If you don't believe me, then go and ask your parents. They would tell you the same thing.

are you comparing a real life punch to what raikage punch? raikages punch makes him self like a projectile. and that was his fastest attack, and that atatck is one of the fastest other wise he would not say only minato and naruto evaded it

That may be so. I can't say about the vs thread section. I mostly just ingnore it anyway. Yes you are right, I think too that 2012 it has gotten really out of hand.

But really what I was talking about is the quality of the discussions and debates. It was different before 2011/2012. People were also much more open-minded I think. Not so hard-headed like these days. That's what you could see while reading through whole threads. But times change....
